The variety of holes at Ocean Resorts WWCC Golf Club makes this par-72 layout beautiful, challenging, and unique. Acquired by Wor-Wic Community College of Salisbury by an anonymous donor in April of 2008, many changes have taken place on the course. The most notable is a newly paved parking lot and 3.5 miles of paved cart paths. Some of the mounds have been knocked down, traps filled in, and new bunker drains have been installed. Hole #10 fairway has been re-built and fairway drainage has been installed on hole #11. Located just off of Route 589 (Racetrack Rd.) just west of Ocean City, MD, Ocean Resorts re-opened for play on August 13, 2008.

About half the holes play in the woods and the other half are in open where mounding adds aesthetics as well as hilly lies for those who miss fairways. Three sets of tees are available, and the layout plays 6,281 yards from the tips and 4,848 from the forward tees.

Distance, however, is less of a factor than accuracy on most holes at Ocean Resorts. The front side plays in the woods with most of the wide-open holes featuring water hazards. Holes 4-6 are some of the most challenging and the most beautiful. Number 4, a demanding 365-yard par 4, is one of the best. The tee shot must be carefully placed just short of a large pond. The tree-lined fairway ends and reveals and impressive green complex with a huge sand bunker between water's edge and the putting surface. At 473 yards, No. 5 is designated as the most difficult hole. The drive must carry a large pond, the second shot must fly straight through a narrow chute of trees, and the green is surrounded by woods. Number 6 is simply awesome. The tee shot is from the trees to a good-sized landing area. Without a decent drive on this 388-yard par 4, you will be left with a long approach shot with a big water hazard to the left. The pond pinches in front of the green and continues around behind it, leaving water on three sides. The 324-yard, par 4 No. 7 is a birdie opportunity. But at 224 yards No. 8 is a testy par 3 that offers no relief. Number 9 is a very strong front 9 finishing hole. Feel free to swing away on the first two strokes, but a sharp iron is needed to carry the approach over water to the well-trapped green of this 497-yard finale.

After playing the first nine holes, you will be playing in the woods for seven holes. One of the most enjoyable is No. 14, a 132-yard par 3. Since the entire layout is cut from the deep woods it is one of the prettiest, especially when the mountain laurel is in full bloom in May and June. The tee shot must clear a large trap in front of the undulating green. With a tough pin placement, this little gem plays more difficult than the No. 18 handicap. Number 15 is the first par 5 on the back side. Too much brawn and too little brains means trouble here. The straight, narrow, tree-lined fairway requires an accurate drive. A good second stroke on this 479-yard beauty will leave a short iron to a skinny, long double green. Another unique hole is the short but testy 312-yard, par 4 No. 16. Once again, the tee ball must travel straight to a narrow landing area. The approach is to a rolling green protected by water on the left. Trees to the right prevent a bailout. The lay of the land changes dramatically on the last two holes. Trees give way to generous open spaces, a welcome relief to those who tend to spray the golf ball.
